Paper Feeding Unit The paper conveying belt adopts Japanese Nita brand. Thus it is durable belts. Also it is customizable for all customers. If under UV varnishing products situation, the belt performance is much better. The bottom belt drives by servo motor, so it can switch multiple paper feeding modes.
Positioning System The chain guide bar is good quality polymer materials. Thus they are wear-resistant and quiet. At same time the paper positioning adopts a square push block. So it is easily to increase the stability of the high-speed operation of the paper.
Gluing Unit The unit is specially mechanical structure design. It applies the glue to the surface of the product quickly and evenly. Also the gluing method is using the sponge coating. At same time the scraping effect is good.
Film Attaching Unit The film feeding adopts servo motor transmission and roller adsorption continuous pasting. Compared with the traditional intermittent pasting, it has the advantages of fast bonding speed, high precision. So the machine has low requirements for the film.
Film Edge Creasing Unit (Optional excluding in Standard Machines) Using servo control Adjust the film position without stopping the machine. Thus easily customize horizontal lines, vertical lines and hole patterns according to needs
Paper Sheet Collection Unit The delivery table adopts a separate stepping motor to control the belt operation. So the stacking spacing can be adjusted as a whole or in sections, and thus it runs at multiple speeds. No only it can be continuous, pause, flexible use of points, but also the soft and moderate belt conveying avoid crushing. At same time the stacking and neat delivery ensures perfect quality and improves delivery efficiency.
Electrical Panel The whole machine is controlled by PLC program. Also the various electrical components and detection switches. At same time they are made of products from top brands.
